A passionate regional sales director, Jeff Roark helps independent hotels drive better revenue by incorporating pricing science into its revenue management practices.  Jeff pairs clients with cost-effective solutions addressing revenue management challenges and delivering successful, profitable outcomes. Jeff has been a regional sales director with IDeaS Revenue Solutions since 2011, bringing his energy, enthusiasm, and solution expertise to hundreds of hotels in the Americas region.  Jeff has held previous account executive roles with Staples, RR Donnelly, Winmark Capital, and Oracle.


Margaux Le Merrer
Inside Sales Account Manager, RoomKeyPMS

Margaux graduated from Business School in France: her background and adaptability got her to travel the world and grow into different industries and roles, from Corporate Event Coordination to Home Care Services Management. She took a year off to discover Canada and found her new home in Vancouver, five years ago! She joined RoomKeyPMS in May 2015 as a contracted consultant from the French RMS start-up PriceMatch and joined the Customer Support team shortly after. She is now our Inside Sales Specialist and Account Manager of our 2 Australian chains. In the office, she is known for her determination in finding the best solutions for our clients.


Johnathan Capps
Vice President of Revenue, Charlestowne Hotels

As the Vice President of Revenue, Johnathan Capps oversees the internal and external revenue management strategies, working to establish new profitability enhancement methods for Charlestowne Hotels and each of the brand’s managed properties. Offering extensive knowledge in corporate revenue development, Capps examines and researches new processes and software that optimize the company’s customized revenue management systems. On the property level, Capps assists in strategizing areas to increase revenue for each hotel and consistently assess the revenue efforts of targeted campaigns and initiatives Capps joined Charlestowne Hotels in 2010 as corporate revenue manager, and later grew to director of marketing before accepting the VP of Revenue position. Prior to joining the Charlestowne team, Capps was director of revenue optimization at Wild Dunes Resort, and he also received experience in hotel development with a Florida-based management company. Capps earned a degree in hospitality and tourism management from the College of Charleston and currently serves as an adviser for the college’s hospitality revenue management MBA program.
