She was previously responsible for leading sales and revenue teams and finding strategic approaches to systems and IT infrastructure to enable her teams to deliver best-in-class client experiences. Rachel holds a BA Honours in Hospitality Management from the University of Portsmouth.

Before joining IDeaS in 2019, Zennaro spent 16 years with InterContinental Hotels, most recently as director of revenue where he oversaw initiatives that achieved significant RevPAR uplift. He grew up in Florence and is based out of IDeaS’ Italian office in Milan, but he is a driving force across the entire EMEA region and is fluent in five languages. Ever the adventurer, Zennaro is an avid swimmer, camper, hiker, and mushroom forager.

Simone has nearly 20 years’ hospitality experience with an extensive background in hotel guest relations, Revenue Management, operations, and food & beverage management. As operations manager for IDeaS’ UK-based client relationship management team, Simone heads up supportive efforts for a wide range of hotel and parking organizations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. With a mission to fully understand all client needs and goals, Simone’s team consistently helps clients achieve greater profitability with IDeaS’ leading revenue management solutions. In her free time, Simone enjoys travelling, sports and spending time her family.
