Matt Willacy commenced his hotel training in the UK in London and the surrounding counties. Following attaining a degree in Hospitality Management, Matt transitioned into the field of Hospitality technology, where he has previously held positions in product management and technical sales for global hospitality tech providers. As a senior sales director at IDeaS, his responsibilities include new business sales across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he uses his in-depth experience in hospitality technology solutions to support clients in their decision making. He is energised by the scale of how IDeaS analytical and algorithmic software can make a difference to any hotels’ bottom line, both independent, group and chain.
