IDeaS’ head of advisory services in the EMEA region, Damiano Zennaro is a firm advocate for the power of positive, meaningful transformations. He’s made it his mission to push the boundaries of revenue science into new verticals while supporting the ongoing success of IDeaS’ existing clients. Always looking ahead, he believes in the importance of proactively embracing change with trusted partners by your side.

Before joining IDeaS, Zennaro spent 16 years with InterContinental Hotels, most recently as director of revenue where he oversaw initiatives that achieved significant RevPAR uplift. He is based out of IDeaS’ Italian office in Milan but he is a driving force across the entire EMEA region.

Henrik has many years of experience within the hotel industry, having worked in revenue management, distribution and in-house sales in Radisson Blu Hotels in Stockholm and Gothenburg. He is a seasoned revenue management professional with a good understanding and appreciation of Meeting & Events side having managed an entire in-house sales department. In his current role with Benchmarking Alliance Henrik works with customers and is at the forefront of developing new products within the company, such as benchmarking for total revenue, conference and spa facilities.

Matt Willacy

Senior Sales Manager, IDeaS Revenue Solutions

Matt Willacy commenced his hotel training in the UK in London and the surrounding counties. Following attaining a degree in Hospitality Management, Matt transitioned into the field of Hospitality technology, where he has previously held positions in product management and technical sales for global hospitality tech providers. As a senior sales director at IDeaS, his responsibilities include new business sales across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he uses his in-depth experience in hospitality technology solutions to support clients in their decision making. He is energised by the scale of how IDeaS analytical and algorithmic software can make a difference to any hotels’ bottom line, both independent, group and chain.
