Birgit has had leading management roles in yield and revenue management, project management and quality management - combined with comprehensive knowledge in the use and integration of electronic reservation systems (GDS, CRS, PMS), development of pricing strategies, business models and project conception round off her extensive portfolio. Previously, she was a member of the management board for a medical service company and a clinic for special disciplines of the head (ENT) and focused on the integration of revenue management discipline into these areas of healthcare.

Silvia A. Mayer continues to be a knowledgeable source within the hospitality industry.

Since joining IDeaS is 2012, Silvia started working closely with hotels to create partnerships and soon began understanding their daily pricing challenges. She has continued supporting many regional hotel chains and independent properties within the Germany, Austria and Switzerland area, to help drive better revenue by supporting the implementation of international best practices in revenue management tailored to local market needs. 

Prior to joining IDeaS, Silvia increased her sales technology background as a key account manager and strategic partner account manager for an international cloud service provider.
