Having held highly-esteemed senior positions within tour and travel organisations across Europe, Stefan Schlachter boasts an extensive background in the travel and hospitality trade. Currently the head of sales activities at IDeaS for Eastern Europe, Stefan advises and collaborates with hotels on revenue management strategy, organisation and solutions for long-term, sustainable revenue success. Stefan’s previous roles include senior leadership positions with Turkish Airlines, Kempinski Hotels, Corinthia Hotels, Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, Millennium and Copthorne Hotels and Bookassist. Stefan’s passion, energy and specialised expertise remained at the forefront of his sales and operations roles, providing dynamic, consistent and profitable results for each organisation.
Jochen is a native of the southwest of Germany and went to school in North Rhine-Westphalia until the university entrance qualification. After graduating from high school Jochen get trained as a cook in a gourmet restaurant followed by a professional education in the hotel management in a 5 * Hannover. He was taken on as a management assistant. After a management trainee in Minneapolis, MI he followed the call of a hotel chain in Frankfurt and became an event manager. In 19 years at Fidelio, Micros-Fidelio, Micros and Oracle, he held positions as an Installer, Product Manager (e.g. Revenue Management Systems) and Customer Service Manager. Jochen joined HRS Hospitality and Retail Systems in November 2018 as a Product Manager Hotel Solutions EMEA. Jochen cannot imagine a job outside of hospitality, loves the interaction with the hotel team and enjoys traveling both business and private.
Director of Business Development. As a former hotelier and product manager of Fairmas GmbH, Oliver Rabe perfectly fits his current role as director of business development. He is in charge of the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities of Fairmas. He takes the lead in driving new sales business for the company. Fairmas GmbH is an expert in developing financial planning, controlling and management reporting solutions for the hotel industry. Fairmas solutions integrate easily into the hotel's existing IT software environment and interface efficiently with all major PMS, accounting systems and other technology. Since 2003, Fairmas has been a strong partner to the hospitality industry with 8,196 users in 3,750 hotels worldwide to date.
Nikolaos Tsitsoulis is a Business Development Manager for OTA Insight managing Eastern European countries, where he focuses on engaging local and global players in the hospitality industry to share challenges they face in the digital landscape and aims to provide tools and insights to help hoteliers overcome their technological barriers.
Nikolaos has extensive experience across the hospitality industry with previous roles at leading hotel brands including Accor Hotels. With his experience, he is focused on building relationships with hoteliers and helping hotels optimise their Revenue and Distribution strategy.
