Revenue Management certified by the Cornell University professional with over fifteen years of experience in the Hotel and Airline industries combined with a MBA in Global Business Management & Corporate Strategy at EOI Business School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Business Management at Leeds Beckett University. Javier began his career in the tourism and travel industry in a Spanish airline in Madrid before moving to London, where he continued to develop his professional career focused on the hotel industry.
Natividad Perez, OTA Insight
Natividad Pérez is responsible for Business Development of the Spanish market for OTA Insight, where she focuses on engaging in local and global hotel industry chains to help them establish the best rate and revenue strategies. Nati held various positions in the hospitality industry as a hotel provider for companies such as Pegasus Solutions and Utell Hotels and Resorts. With her extensive professional experience and knowledge of distribution, she has been able to establish a solid relationship with clients by using her income management skills and experience in global distribution.
Patricia Diana, IDeaS Revenue Solutions
Patricia began her career in 1999 at the corporate department of Revenue Management, Marriott International, in Frankfurt. Afterwards she joined Optims, a technology provider, for the implementation of automated revenue management solutions in hotels. In 2003 she founded her own consulting and training company, helping hotels to implement processes, culture and Revenue Management technology, until she joined IDeaS Revenue Solutions in January 2016 as Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. She also collaborates with universities and different education centers to facilitate Revenue Management content. Patricia graduated in law from ICADE, in Tourism by the Official School of Tourism, she holds a Master in Hotel Management by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master in Marketing Online by UDIMA, Madrid Open University.
